By submitting reviews, photos, or other content, you grant LocalExperts a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content on the platform. All user-generated content must comply with our Reviews Policy.

  • Harassing, threatening, or impersonating other users
  • Attempting to manipulate search results or rankings
  • Using automated tools to scrape or harvest data from the platform
  • Interfering with the platform's operation or security
  • Violating any applicable local, state, or federal laws

7. Premium Services & Billing

Certain features are available through paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

LocalExperts Directory is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, interactions with service providers, or reliance on information displayed on the site. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by listed businesses.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LocalExperts, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
